Emily Peck, Career and Life Coach.

I’m a career and life coach.

Hi, I’m Emily

My Story

I believe that your freedom is my freedom.

I want to serve people in the truest sense of the word. I want to empower people with their own joy, their own wisdom, and their own gifts. I believe my freedom is bound up with yours. That is why I coach.

I believe we are all one on the deepest level. I believe in a unity principle that is loving, benevolent, wise, aware, and intelligent. Our individual potential rises out of this universal principle. When this principle unlocks in one person we all benefit. When you become free, I become free, and everyone benefits. That is the beauty of coaching.

Each part of my journey has led me to focus on service and freedom. From twenty years of  nonprofit work conserving nature and empowering people, to leading organizations and programs that made impact on a global level, to producing transformative learning and leadership programs for thousands of people.

I took a whole-hearted leap into transformational coaching and transitioned to the private sector. I became certified in transformational neurocoaching, integrating my transformative learning experience with neuroscience-based coaching techniques. I led program innovation and business optimization for a coaching company and designed their first-ever coach mastery program.

Then I moved to Monterey to be with the love of my life.  I became a faculty member at California State University, Monterey Bay, empowering young minds with awareness, knowledge, and agency. I taught a civics course on service and social change, which explored issues of power, oppression, privilege, and marginalization. My students engaged with the community, found their voice, and made impact on issues that matter.

Beyond coaching, I am most passionate about personal and spiritual development. I have a master meditation teacher from India as my personal guide and guru. I spent two decades practicing and teaching yoga, meditation, and breathwork to people all over the world. I learned to connect deeply with myself and others – and served the world through helping people find inner freedom.

Each transition in my life has led me to my why:  How can I contribute to the world in a way that sparks freedom? How can I help people step into their unique purpose and power? Now, my path leads me to you. I want you to accomplish your goals and realize your dreams.
